North Star 6" Solid Tile Press Slug Die [SHIPS MFG]

For use with the North Star Big Blue Extruder or they can be used with the North Star Expansion Box. A solid form die; made especially to create a clay blank for use in the 4" tile die in the North Star Tile Press. Blank gives minimum waste with almost no fettling.

These 6" North Star extruder dies are made of 3/4" HDPE (High Density polyethylene). Which is wear-resistant and non-contaminating. The top edge of the die cavity is beveled to compact the clay as it passes through, giving a more solid extrusion.
